The executive chef is ambitious of multifaceted creations and it is the versatility ot the Restaurant UNO that enables to host wedding banquets as well as private dinners in an exclusive atmosphere.


The UNO restaurant, run by our executive chef Johann Schwarz, impresses guests with its wide and frequently changing menu of exclusive dishes, a generous selection of top - predominantly Austrian- wines, and its elegant ambience. With the typically friendly and welcoming atmosphere of an ARCOTEL Hotel, the UNO restaurant is the ideal place to start the day with a generous breakfast, to hold an appointment or two during a relaxing business lunch, or to spend an unforgettable and romantic evening over a candlelit dinner.

The popular Sunday Kaiserwasser Brunch lures guests with delicacies including roast beef, gourmet Austrian Vulcano ham, and our pancake station with a multitude of fillings for you to choose from. Our own special mixtures of spices guarantee a special kind of taste experience – Tasmanian mountain pepper and salt crystals from the Kalahari are just two of the secret ingredients used by our executive chef in his combinations of spices, allowing you to add the final touch to your dishes at the UNO restaurant.

Imperial barbecue evenings are held during the summer months on the terrace of UNO restaurant, with a view over the green parkland landscape of the Old Danube.

The premises of the UNO restaurant are as varied as its dishes. The 25 m² VIS room, designed for private conferences, is ideal for exclusive dinners in a pleasant and elegant atmosphere, and is very popular with customers.

The UNO restaurant also has the necessary capacity for larger receptions and gala dinners. Our banqueting and seminar rooms, with a total floor space of 350 m², can be divided up with separating walls according to needs, also offering enough room for events such as weddings.
